Today we completed a single asphalt patch repair in Napier St, Drummoyne on behalf of 049 Plumber. The patching was completed after 049 Plumber had prepared the patch for the installation of asphalt once they had completed a small excavation and plumbing repair.
The works were completed in the rear carpark of a multiapartment residential building with a pre-existing concrete surface. In these circumstances the installation of asphalt provides a more cost-effective solution for the residents and makes it easier to access the plumbing infrastructure in that location in the future. Asphalt is much easier to remove than concrete.
A relatively small but important repair, being less than 2m², will ensure that the carpark is returned to a useful state and the newly installed plumbing infrastructure is protected and accessible.
